About Us

Sigma Strap Ltd started with a simple frustration.

Like many watch enthusiasts, I’ve always gravitated towards fixed bar tool watches. Watches built for real use. One particular Royal Navy–issued model from 1980 stood out for its durability and timeless design. But it exposed a problem few brands bothered to solve.

There were no stainless steel bracelets properly engineered for watches with fixed bars.

That gap led to the S1 Bracelet—a purpose-built steel bracelet designed independently from the ground up for an extremely niche model. We set out to solve an engineering problem left unsolved for over 40 years, including by the original manufacturer. That product became the foundation of Sigma Strap.

From there, the brand evolved.

Listening closely to customers and testing products in real-world conditions made one thing clear: fixed bar owners and tool watch wearers had more unsolved problems than just bracelets.

That quickly led to:

  • Cinch Strap — an ultra low-profile single-pass strap focused on comfort and practicality

  • S2 Bracelet — a refined evolution of the S1, addressing wearability and fit

  • Milcro — a no-pass hook-and-loop strap engineered for daily abuse

  • CLAW — an interchangeable strap system combining infinite adjustment, quick change, and deployant clasp security

Today, Sigma Strap continues to expand multiple core product lines, with several more in active development.

Every Sigma Strap product follows the same rule:
identify a real-world problem, design a mechanical solution, and build it to be worn daily.

We do not chase trends. We do not release generic straps in new colours every season. We design one-of-a-kind products, one at a time.

Sigma Strap is proudly independent. We have no affiliations with any watch manufacturer. Everything exists because it should exist, not because a catalogue needed filling.

If you’re here, you probably care about function, longevity, and thoughtful design. So do we.
