Refund & Returns Policy

We’re happy to help and will accommodate most reasonable requests (your statutory rights are not affected).

Returns – Within 30 Days

If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return any unused items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase.

⚠️ Please do not return items without an authorisation email from us. 
Returns sent without prior confirmation may be delayed, lost, or returned to the sender.

After 30 Days

If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.


Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging where applicable.

  • Gift cards are non-returnable.


Partial Refunds (at our discretion)

In some cases, we may offer partial refunds for:

  • Items not in their original condition or with visible signs of use

  • Items damaged or missing parts (not due to our error)

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll email you to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 2-4 business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

If we’ve issued a refund but you haven’t received it:

  1. Check with your payment provider (bank or credit card).

  2. It may take a few working days for them to process the credit.

  3. If it’s still not showing, contact us at sigmastrap@gmail.com.


Sale Items

Only regular-priced and regular sale items may be refunded. Clearance items are non-refundable.


Exchanges

If your item arrives defective or damaged, we’ll gladly exchange it for the same item. Please email sigmastrap@gmail.com to arrange the exchange.


Shipping

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted.

  • We recommend using a trackable service or shipping insurance for higher-value items.

  • Customs duties and local taxes cannot be refunded.
